For the past four years, my daughter has performed in junior productions with Micaela as her director. During that time, I've seen my daughter's confidence, stage presence and abilities as a performer grow by leaps and bounds, in large part due to Micaela's encouragement and guidance. But even more than that, I've been blown away by Micaela's ability to take a group of middle school kids, with all the emotions and challenges that can come with that age, and turn them into a deeply connected, passionate troupe of performers, all working toward a common goal and truly supporting one another. Micaela's love for these kids and for what she does is apparent every day in rehearsal, and when they perform onstage, you can see how that love has spread to each and every one of them. It's pretty magical.

Micaela is pure magic. She has an incredible gift for inspiring young performers, making each child feel seen, valued, and motivated to give their best. Her ability to bring a show to life on stage is nothing short of extraordinary—her vision, direction, and Broadway-caliber choreography create an unforgettable experience for both the performers and the audience.
Under Micaela’s guidance, my daughter has grown tremendously as an actor, gaining confidence and skill with every production. She cares deeply about her students, pouring her creativity, dedication, and passion into every show. Being part of a production with Micaela isn’t just about performing—it’s about being part of something truly special.

Micaela has been an amazing director for my theater experience! I have learned so much from her and have made so many good memories while learning from her.
