The Live Accompaniment Workshop Series offers a unique and supportive environment to practice auditioning with a pianist.
In this series students will receive a concise fundamentals curriculum, sing with a working accompanist, and participate in highly simulated mock auditions - all designed to prepare you for your best audition yet!

Practice staying calm through stubborn nerves.
Week 3: Mock Audition
Participate in a mock audition with live accompaniment and a professional panel of Bay Area Directors.
Receive constructive feedback on your strengths and areas for growth.

No prior experience is necessary! Our program welcomes all levels. The only requirement is a willingness to try.
No! Black Sheep's Summer Workshops welcome everyone at all levels.
This workshop will require the actors to spend time practicing 1-2 musical theater songs they might use for an audition. Prepping songs in advance is encouraged. Actors are expected to practice everyday in between meetings to get the most out of this workshop.
